Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24hours. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Late Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the service cost. No Show: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a full-service charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can easily be done online; you will have to create an account online using your information used to book the appointment. Rescheduling can also be done through phone 781-519-9123 or email beautyloungebylex@gmail.com Late Arrival: Grace period for late arrival is 15 minutes, a $15 late fee is charged and after 20minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Deposit non-refundable. Payment: We accept Cash, Venmo, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There is a 2.5% processing fee for payments when using a debit or credit card.
