Cancellation Policy
Purchased packages are valid for three months from the date of purchase. Any unused service after this period will be forfeited. Each package includes the services specified in the package description. Please review the details carefully. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24hours. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Late Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the service cost. No Show: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a full-service charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can easily be done online; you will have to create an account online using your information used to book the appointment. Rescheduling can also be done through phone 781-519-9123 or email beautyloungebylex@gmail.com Late Arrival: Grace period for late arrival is 15 minutes, a $15 late fee is charged and after 20minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Deposit non-refundable. Payment: We accept Cash, Venmo, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There is a 2.5% processing fee for payments when using a debit or credit card.
