Service Description
Service includes shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and basic blow out of your natural hair once extensions are removed. For extensions worn longer than 2 months, an additional $60 fee will be charged for detangling and shampooing. This ensures we have the time and resources to properly care for your hair and scalp, as extended wear can cause increased tangling and buildup.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24hours. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Late Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the service cost. No Show: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a full-service charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can easily be done online; you will have to create an account online using your information used to book the appointment. Rescheduling can also be done through phone 781-519-9123 or email bookings@thebeautyloungebylex.com Late Arrival: Grace period for late arrival is 15 minutes, a $15 late fee is charged and after 20minutes your appointment is cancelled, and you will need to reschedule. Deposit non-refundable. Payment: We accept Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There is a 2.5% processing fee for payments when using a debit or credit card.
