Service Description
This appointment is for the CONSULTATION of your custom unit. Custom units START AT $300 , the $50 appointment will go towards your total costs. When booking you will come in for measurements and to discuss the details of your custom wig. I will only create a custom wig using bundles/frontals/closures purchased from the salon. Please note CUSTOM UNITS TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS to create.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24hours. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Late Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the service cost. No Show: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a full-service charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can easily be done online; you will have to create an account online using your information used to book the appointment. Rescheduling can also be done through phone 781-519-9123 or email bookings@thebeautyloungebylex.com Late Arrival: Grace period for late arrival is 15 minutes, a $15 late fee is charged and after 20minutes your appointment is cancelled, and you will need to reschedule. Deposit non-refundable. Payment: We accept Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There is a 2.5% processing fee for payments when using a debit or credit card.
