Service Description
A full-service closure sew-in designed for a natural, polished finish. Includes a deep scalp cleanse, scalp massage, moisturizing conditioner, braid-down, and installation of up to three bundles with a 2x6, 4x4 or 5x5 lace closure. Finished with light layering and your choice of curls or a sleek flat-ironed style. Hair is not included. Additional bundles are $40 each. Custom color, extensive cutting, and preparation of previously used extensions are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24hours. Deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Late Cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of the service cost. No Show: Missed appointments without notice are subject to a full-service charge. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can easily be done online; you will have to create an account online using your information used to book the appointment. Rescheduling can also be done through phone 781-519-9123 or email bookings@thebeautyloungebylex.com Late Arrival: Grace period for late arrival is 15 minutes, a $15 late fee is charged and after 20minutes your appointment is cancelled, and you will need to reschedule. Deposit non-refundable. Payment: We accept Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). There is a 2.5% processing fee for payments when using a debit or credit card.
